At Source of Hope LLC, we are committed to providing quality care while meeting the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements established by AHCCCS and the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).

We use SpokeChoice as our EVV system to accurately record and verify services provided to our members. EVV is an important part of ensuring accountability, accurate documentation, and compliance with state requirements.

All providers are expected to follow EVV guidelines when delivering applicable services. In certain circumstances, members may qualify for specific EVV accommodations, subject to applicable approval requirements.
