Founded in 2020, Source of Hope LLC was created during a time when families and communities around the world were facing significant challenges that deeply impacted everyday life.
Many people experienced loss, uncertainty, and major life changes, creating fear, instability, and emotional hardship for individuals and families alike.
In response to these needs, our team came together with a shared purpose: to identify the challenges individuals and families are facing and provide meaningful, person-centered support. We develop individualized strategies that meet each person where they are and support them on their journey toward their personal goals and greater independence.

Our mission is to compassionately and respectfully support individuals and their families by listening, planning, educating, and delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
We are dedicated to improving the lives of individuals receiving DDD services, their families, and the broader community by identifying challenges and creating clear, supportive pathways that promote growth, independence, and overall well-being.
